We ship Australia wide using Australia Post from our Brisbane warehouse. 98% of our orders are shipped within 2 business days.
Our EzeAs Mould and Mildew Remover Gel does have a scent, but it’s not overpowering. We recommend applying the gel in a well-ventilated area for the best experience. Unlike many other mould removal sprays that require you to leave the room due to strong fumes, our gel’s scent is mild and hardly noticeable. In fact, many of our customers have mentioned that they didn’t find the smell overpowering at all during the treatment. Rest assured, you can comfortably use our gel without worrying about harsh odors.
As a general rule, the gel is safe to use on any non-absorbent hard surface, but ALWAYS do a spot test before doing a full application. A spot test involves placing a small amount of gel in an inconspicuous area for up to 24 hours to be 100% certain that no damage will occur to the area you are trying to treat. We have tested it on painted walls, tiles, metal shower frames and manufactured stone bench tops with no issues.
We've helped restore thousands of bathrooms, fridges and washing machines since 2022 and we're that confident that it will work for you that you are covered by our 30 Day Money Back guarantee.
All we ask is that if the gel doesn't work, email us at enquiries@ezeasproducts.com.au with photos of the affected area and provide us with the opportunity to workshop the treatment with you.
If you implement the recommended steps and it still doesn't work, we'll give you your money back. Given our success rate is over 99.8% based on bottles sold vs refunds given, we're confident it will work for you.
EzeAs Mould and Mildew Remover Gel is designed to prevent mould from returning for two key reasons:
- Long-Lasting Application: Unlike sprays, our gel stays in place, allowing the active ingredients to remain on the surface for an extended period. This ensures the ingredients are fully absorbed into the material, providing a more thorough treatment.
- Deep Penetration: The gel penetrates deep into the affected material, killing mould at its source. This deep absorption prevents mould from regrowing because it eliminates the entire mould colony, not just the surface.
However, to ensure mould doesn’t return, it’s crucial to address the underlying cause of the mould growth, such as poor ventilation. For example, we performed a treatment four years ago, and the mould has not returned because we completely eliminated the mould colony and improved ventilation in the area.
Steps to Prevent Mould from Re-Forming:
- Improve Ventilation: Ensure the treated area is well-ventilated to reduce moisture buildup.
- Control Humidity: Use a dehumidifier in areas prone to high humidity.
- Regular Cleaning: Keep the area clean and dry to prevent mould spores from settling.
- Monitor for Leaks: Fix any leaks in pipes, roofs, or walls promptly to avoid moisture accumulation.
By following these steps, you can help keep your space mould-free long after treatment with EzeAs Mould and Mildew Remover Gel.
1 Bottle will treat the silicone in an average shower as well as a small basin.
For large areas of grout or multiple bathrooms we recommend you take advantage of the bulk discounts of our 3 and 5 packs.
Let our customers speak for us
I was skeptical when I placed the order, but thought "hell, for $30, I can afford to lose that"...well, wasn't I happy when after I put the Ezeas Mold Remover on the moldy silicon?!?! It started working almost immediately! I was so skeptical I didn't even take a before picture, so I was disappointed. Anyway, 12 hours later, the silicon looked like new! I've since recommended it to about a dozen people with a mold issue :)
We had tried multiple products on our mouldy grout and silicone, and nothing has made a dent (even the apparently famous Bunnings product). This stuff though is the real deal. I didn't even leave it for 24 hours, just 6 or 7, and the mould is just gone. Easy to apply. I was scared it would smell strong but it doesn't. So thrilled with it. The top line of grout on the left hand tile in the picture is after application, and the right side is what it looked like before.
