Q: How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. We ship your order in 1 - 2 business days from our Brisbane Warehouse. It generally takes 2-7 business days to arrive. Please note these times may be slightly longer due to circumstances outside of our control such as lockdowns due to Covid-19.

Q: What's in it

The active ingredients in EzeAs Mould and Mildew are: ALKALINE SALT 2 g/100 mL, SODIUM HYDROXIDE 0.5 g/100 mL; SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE (1%)

Q: What if it doesn't work first time?

For heavily stained areas you can either use multiple applications or leave the Gel on for a longer period of time. However, our experience has shown that provided the Gel has direct contact with the affected area, it's effective after the first application. We have experienced situations where the silicone was damaged and mould had grown deep inside the cut in the silicone. In this instance, the Gel was unable to make contact with the mould, but as the silicone and integrity of the seal was compromised, the silicone should be replaced. EzeAs Mould and Mildew is specifically designed to be used on silicone that is undamaged, however stained with mould & mildew.
